Our metalworkers have clocked up years of experience in the production of micro and macro high-precision structures, in both carbon and stainless steel, with MIG/MAG and TIG welding and sheet metal working using numerically controlled machines. Our engineering department supports the workshop staff in all processes, from design to manufacture, using 3D modelling software to carry out, for example, static calculations based on actual design, to ensure that the structures meet the design requirements, as well as design drawings defining the profiles and structural cross-sections, dimensions and details of the structure and the joints used, shop drawings providing a detailed description of the elements shown in the design drawings, and assembly drawings for the onsite assembly of the structures.
