M.E.G.A. also offers cutting-edge metalwork engineering solutions, satisfying every type of request, from architecture to civil engineering and industrial plants, realising complex projects that require a high degree of specialisation and technology, with workmanship and reliability. We have in-house specialists for all the sectors in which we operate. Our metalworkers all have years of experience in the fabrication of high-precision micro and macro structures, both in carbon steel and stainless steel, MIG/MAG and TIG welding and sheet metal working with numerically controlled machines. Our engineering department supports the workshop staff in all processes, from design to manufacture, using 3D modelling software to carry out, for example, static calculations based on actual design, to ensure that the structures meet the design requirements, as well as design drawings defining the profiles and structural cross-sections, dimensions and details of the structure and the joints used, shop drawings providing a detailed description of the elements shown in the design drawings, and assembly drawings for the onsite assembly of the structures.
